Significantly more cost effective than OEM support our third party maintenance contracts offer support for multiple manufacturers all under one contract. Saving you time and avoiding any disputes which would likely occur when dealing with multiple service providers. We have better availability than OEMs on end of life hardware, often being a source of end of life parts for OEMs themselves. Extend the life of your IT estate, with good availability on hardware that manufacturers have discontinued support for you won’t be forced to upgrade your infrastructure.
Spare Parts only Maintenance
There has been a significant trend in recent years of companies moving away from traditional fixed maintenance contracts to spare parts only contracts. Many companies already have proficient internal IT departments which are able to replace server, storage and networking spare parts themselves, making having an external engineer replace parts unnecessary and cost prohibitive. Our sales team has years of experience in assisting customers with preparing the bill of materials for spare parts. With a thorough knowledge of which parts have a high failure rate we can make suggestions to help you avoid any nasty surprises. We have a dedicated in-house engineering facility with trained engineers in which all of our spare parts are fully tested. Spare parts only maintenance contracts offer significant cost savings and removes the risk of external engineers making mistakes with your infrastructure. Parts can be supplied on a next business day service or when urgently required same day delivery can be arranged. Having multiple major couriers next door to us allows us to ship late in the day so if you have any last minute urgent requirements we have you covered.
