Description and Prices

Every effort is made to ensure all descriptions and pricing are accurate, however, should an error be identified prior to dispatch you will be notified by email with the option to withdraw your order. All images of products shown are for illustration purposes only. 

The order confirmation of Wildfire Systems Limited is legally binding for the conclusion and content of the contract. Quotations are subject to confirmation and continued availability. Prices contained both within a given quotation or listed on the Wildfire Systems Limited website are not inclusive of postage and packaging. Shipping costs will be available upon request or in situations where the delivery address has been previously provided.

How to order

You can contact us by phone, email or the quick contact and get a quote now forms. We shall respond in writing with our quotation. Once the quotation has been accepted we require a written purchase order or written confirmation that you wish to purchase the goods before we can process your order. Once received we will raise and send you a pro forma invoice. Once paid your goods will be dispatched and your sales confirmation with tracking number sent to you.

Payment

We accept payment via bank transfer, PayPal and WorldPay link for credit cards. Cleared funds are required for the first three orders after which credit terms can be discussed. Only in exceptional circumstances do we offer credit terms immediately. Any product purchased remains the product of Wildfire Systems Limited until payment is received in full.

VAT

All prices are subject to UK VAT at the current rate at the time of shipping. Overseas customers will be refunded VAT on the following basis:

EU companies will have VAT deducted upon the production of a valid EU VAT reference number in the name of the purchasing business.

Overseas customers outside of the EU are not liable to pay VAT provided all goods are shipped to their overseas destination. Any goods purchased by an overseas customer but delivered to a UK address must pay UK VAT.

Delivery

Wildfire Systems use multiple courier services for its domestic and international shipments. Heavy and large items are shipped by either pallet service or dedicated couriers.

You will be notified at the quotation stage whether there will be a lead time with your order. Orders placed before 1400 GMT where the item is available immediately from stock and requires no configuring will ship the same day on the delivery service you have requested. Orders that require pre shipping configuration such as custom build to order servers may take an extra 24 hours.

We reserve the right to charge for any redelivery or the return to Wildfire Systems of orders that have not been successful due to incorrect contact and address information being supplied by the customer.

We make every effort to ensure that goods are delivered on time, however, we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, offshore islands and remote parts of the UK may take longer to arrive than deliveries to mainland UK.

We deliver to a large number of countries throughout the world using multiple courier services to ensure that we can offer the best shipping price available.

Please inform us if there is restricted access to the delivery address, you require a vehicle with a tail lift or have any other special delivery instructions. Any additional charge for delivery from couriers where we were not notified of special delivery circumstances will be borne by the purchaser.
