Goods Not Suitable

If you received goods which have been damaged in transit please report this to us by email to sales@wildfiresystems.com within 1 working day of receipt so we can make a claim with our couriers. If you have taken delivery of an order which is incorrect please notify us by email within 1 working day of receipt so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.


Cancelled Orders

Goods purchased may be returned within 7 working days from the day after you received your original order. You will be offered an exchange if possible or a refund of your purchase costs less transport costs, provided that all goods returned are complete and in good working condition.

All requests for the return of goods must be made by email to sales@wildfiresystems.com and should include the order or invoice number, product name, serial number and the reason for return. You will then be issued with an RMA number, goods which are returned without an RMA number may be delayed in the returns process.

All goods must be returned in original packaging, at your cost and must be received by Wildfire Systems within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. Please use a recorded courier or postal service to return goods and ensure that the package shows the RMA number clearly on the outside. We are not responsible for returned goods until they are received by us.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected we will credit the original payment method with the purchase costs less transport costs. All returned items will be checked to ensure that they are working, complete and the correct serial numbers. Please allow 7 days from the inspection of the return for refunds to be processed.

Please note we are unable to take return of any cancelled orders of New In Box hardware which has been opened. Goods purchased on a lead time to fulfil an order, bespoke services and bespoke products supplied are not eligible for return.

The above process applies to both consumers and businesses alike. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee (minimum charge of £25) to customers for cancelled orders.


Faulty Goods

The procedure for the return of faulty goods which are still within their warranty period is as follows:

All requests for the return of goods must be made by email to sales@wildfiresystems.com and should include the order or invoice number, product name, serial number and fault description. You will then be issued with an RMA number, goods which are returned without an RMA number may be delayed in the returns process.

All goods must be returned in suitable packaging, at your cost and must be received by Wildfire Systems within 7 days of the RMA number being issued. In the event that goods are dead on arrival we will cover the return cost of the goods and provide a replacement as soon as possible. Should a replacement not be available you will be credited the full purchase amount.

Please use a recorded courier or postal service to return goods and ensure that the package shows the RMA number clearly on the outside. We are not responsible for returned goods until they are received by us. Goods received in unsuitable packaging will be signed for as damaged or refused and may result in the RMA being cancelled.

Once the returned goods have been received, inspected and tested we will send out a replacement where possible or offer a credit if we do not have an alternative part in stock. All faulty items will be checked to ensure that they are complete and the serial numbers match what was supplied. Please allow 7 days from the inspection of the faulty part for refunds to be processed.
