Due to the various channels from which we procure products, they can carry a range of warranty options.
As standard all of our products come with our 90 Day Return to Base (RTB) Warranty.
Extended warranties of up to 1 Year are available on most refurbished products, please specify when you require an extended warranty.
All batteries and consumables are always covered by a 90 day RTB warranty from the time of sale and are not available under our Extended Warranty.
When longer warranty periods apply, such as the manufacturer’s warranty with most New hardware this will be specified at the quotation stage. Please note different manufacturers have different warranty timescales.
You should check that the warranty on a product meets your expectations.

During the warranty period we will provide support via phone and email. In the event that troubleshooting is unsuccessful in resolving the matter we will issue a RMA number and request that you return the part or system back to us for testing and replacement. Please see our Returns Information Page for more information.
Our warranty does not apply if the object purchased has been carelessly handled or used in an unsuitable environment for operation. The same applies if the equipment has been subject to inappropriate alterations or corrective maintenance work undertaken by the purchaser.
All warranties are void if payment is not received within the agreed terms.
